Please be sure to read ALL emails received prior to your appointment. As they contain important information including: Our policies, Intake forms & how to find us.
We are located off 12th Avenue & Division St, inside of the Jimmy Annex building. There are two entrances into the building, one is off of 11th Ave near Pine State Biscuits & the other entrance is off 12th Ave between Baker’s Mark & Finger Bang. Please note we are not a storefront location, you’ll find us inside the annex breezeway in suite 125.
If the door to our suite is locked we are with a client. Please text us letting us know you have arrived & make yourself comfortable in the chairs out front while you wait.

Street parking is free, but can be a busy neighborhood so please allow extra time to find suitable parking. There is a small lot on 12th Ave you can use (free but limited parking). There is also a pay to park lot behind the Ford building on 11th Ave.
The train behind us off of Milwaukie & 12th causes major delays so please plan accordingly to allow time for alternate routes if necessary.
If you are stuck behind the train from 12th Ave : UTurn, take a left onto Powell Blvd, take a left at the light on 21st Ave & then a left on Division.
If you are stuck on 8th Ave, and can turn around get back on 8th take a left on Woodward road and right on Milwaukie. Turn left on Powell, left onto 21s Ave & a left onto SE Division.

Our Policies
Cancellation Policy
In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce a 100% service charge for all appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance. We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment online or by phone more than 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee.
We know unforeseen circumstances come up & we try to be as accommodating as possible, thank you for your understanding.

Rescheduling Policy
In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce a $25 rescheduling charge for any service rescheduled online or by phone with 24 hours or less notice. We are an appointment based business and last minute adjustments takes time away from potential clients being served. We know unforeseen circumstances come up & we try to be as accommodating as possible, thank you for your understanding.

What is Threading?
Threading is an ancient hair removal technique that has emerged as a highly sought after form of facial hair removal for its precision & gentleness on the skin.
Who is Threading good for?
Those looking for a quick & effective method for brow shaping, those with sensitive skin & those using retinoids/retinals.
What is Sugaring?
Sugaring is also an ancient hair removal technique used for both the face & full body.
Sugar Wax consists of three simple ingredients, water, sugar & lemon. It is water-soluble & biodegradable making it an eco-friendly low waste option. Sugaring only adheres to dead skin cells, no live skin cells creating a gentler approach compared to traditional waxing practices.
Sugar is applied against unwanted hair growth & removed in the same direction the hair follicle grows, resulting in less irritation & less ingrown hair.
What is a Lash Lift?
A Lash Lift is a semi-permanent service that lifts & curls your natural lashes, creating a more enhanced look. This process is done by opening the cuticle & relaxing your lashes. Treatment is quick with minimal aftercare & results lasting 6-8 weeks.
What Facial Treatment should I book?
We recommend starting with our Custom 60 Minute Treatment or our Glow & Go Treatment.
All of our skincare treatments are 100% customizable, so don’t worry we will figure out what is best for you & your skin.

Why Tinting:
Lash and brow tinting offers a convenient and semi-permanent way to enhance your facial features. It makes lashes and brows appear darker, fuller, and more defined, boosting overall appearance and reducing reliance on makeup.
TIPS
​Before & After Threading :
Avoid retinoids (including retinol, retina, tretinoin etc.) for 72 hours
Before Sugaring :
Ensure you have about 3 weeks of hair growth
Exfoliate the area 48 hours before your appointment - this removes dead skin cells allowing for easier hair removal
If you are sensitive or anxious take an over the counter pain reducer like ibuprofen or CBD products work great for those who feel comfortable doing so
After Sugaring :
Keep the area cool, calm & friction free
Avoid exercise, saunas, baths or activities that will cause your body to sweat
Apply a hydrator to the area for 3-5 days
Use an exfoliator (physical / chemical) after 48 hours & incorporate 2-3 times a week
Come back in 4-6 weeks for best results & to slow down hair growth
Before a Facial Treatment :
Avoid exfoliation 72 hours prior to service (including retinol, retina, tretinoin, chemical peels, dermaplaning, scrubs etc.)
Wait 1-2 weeks from receiving botox or fillers & consult with physician beforehand
Avoid facial waxing 72 hours
After a Facial Treatment :
Avoid any exfoliation for at least 72 hours (we will advise more specific aftercare depending on treatment you received)
Avoid makeup for 24-72 hours
Protect your skin from sun exposure
Avoid touching your skin
Keep skin moisturized
Drink plenty of water

Lash Lift After Care :
Sleep on your back for first 24 hours
Don’t curl or use Eye makeup (including mascara) for first 24 hours
Avoid Steam or water on the lashes for 24 hours
No picking or pulling on lashes
Apply aftercare to keep integrity of lash lift
